Payment at time of booking

Course place/s group bookings are guaranteed only when paid in full and are required at time of booking to secure your proposed dates.

Group Bookings and capacity

The fee is set based on numbers stipulated or given by the client to celtraining. If additional candidates show a further charge will be applied. 

The HSE recommend a ratio of 1 instructor to 12 candidates.

Course type and due diligence 

It is the total and complete responsibility that at the time of booking the client decides on what course is best for their needs based on their own risk assessments or proffessional consultancy advise.

The onus is on the client to ensure using their due diligence that Cel training is a suitable training provider for their requirements. 

Cancellations 

Cel training will not refund any fee for training unless given 4 full working weeks notice. If staff or candidates  are unable to attend the booked date then an additional fee for a future course is required.

No Shows or sickness

The responsibility is with the client to ensure staff attend the training. If sick or no shows on the day then refunds or credits will not be given. 

Transfers

To change a course date we require 2 working weeks notice. Any less then a transfer fee is payable.

Course content waiver

Due to the nature of first aid and training graphic content may be shown or discussed during the course. We will pre warn candidates of this but cannot be held responsible for upset or any anxiety or emotional distress due to this. Candidates are free to leave the room or the course at any required time.

Loss or damage during training

Cel training cannot be held responsible for loss or damage or injury to body, vehicles or belongings during the course. 

On site training 

Responsibility for safety to the instructor and staff or guests is the responsibility of the client who has invited cel training to their premises.

Accreditation 

By default in-house certification is supplied on successful completion to each candidate at the end of every course. If accredition by an awarding body is required then the client must clearly request this in writing prior to the booking. The additional fee for each accredited certificate is £17.50 per person.

Punctuality and attendance

All start times must be adhered too and all sessions must be attended in full. Cel training can refuse entry to the course if candidates are late by 20minutes or more .
