What are the entry requirements?
There are no formal entry requirements, but learners ideally should be working in teams or cells. Participants do not need to be in a leadership role but will have a background which will enable them to benefit from the programme.

How long will the course take?
Approximately 6 weeks when delivered to a group (Minimum of 8 and maximum of 12 candidates) as:

4 days classroom and “shop floor” implementation followed by a group assessment 3 weeks later.

A group presentation to your senior management team on improvements implemented and measurable outcomes is planned in on day 4.
NB The 4 days can be delivered consecutively or can be staggered.

How long will it take to organise the training?
Setting up training for your employees couldn't be easier. If you require a bespoke training package then please do not hesitate to contact us. It will be necessary for us to arrange to visit you, so that we can identify the training solutions for your business and decide what training would best suit your needs.

What Progression do these NVQs offer?
Students can progress onto an NVQ Level 3 qualification or other Level 2/3 vocational qualification.
