CAV Aerospace improved its production by 37% as a result of the BIT level 2 NVQ programme delivered by CEL’s training team.
CAV also reduced their set up costs by approx £40,000 per annum. The team did this by helping the business identify waste and eliminate it from processes throughout the business from shop floor right through to the office.
