Health and Social Care NVQ Level 2

Training and Assessment Course

The Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards state that 50% of care staff, including agency staff, should achieve an NVQ Level 2 in Care - or should be working towards achieving this by an agreed date. The Health and Social Care NVQ is a nationally recognised qualification, designed to meet the needs of today's care workers and their organisations, and the standards of the CQC.

To help your staff achieve this mandatory qualification, CEL Training has developed a unique delivery model that focuses on observation and workshop activities. Our tailored approach can be delivered successfully to your staff in just six day sessions delivered over a 12 week period, rather than the traditional six to twelve months.

CEL Training's dedicated Health and Social Care trainers will deliver this course at your work place to complement your existing operational activity, and offer a service that is guaranteed to add value to your staffs continuous improvement.
