Employer involvement

CEL Training ensures that your training objectives are met by gaining a clear understanding of your organisation and integrating these clear steps:

  1. We contact you to discuss your specific requirements and gain a clear understanding of your organisation and your objectives;
  2. We complete an organisation needs analysis;
  3. We draw up a training plan for your organisation with clear measurable business benefits;
  4. In line with the plan we will secure funding or define costs (if funding is not available);
  5. Once steps 1 to 4 are complete we will commence training;
  6. The training plan is reviewed and updated every 3 months;
  7. Upon completion of the training plan we carry out an evaluation to measure its success and advise you of any opportunities which may further benefit your organisation.
